We are manufacture of Alloy wire includes FeCrAL wire, NiCr wire, CuNi wire, Stainless steel wire:

1. FeCrAl heating wire: OCr27AL7Mo2, OCr21AL6Nb, OCr21AL6, OCr25AL5, OCr23AL5, OCr21AL4, 1Cr13AL4.

2. Nichrome heating wire: Cr20Ni80, Cr30Ni70, Cr15Ni60, Cr20Ni35, Cr20Ni30.

Ribbon (flat wire)

4. Stranded wire
Some resistance heating alloys and pure nickel are available as stranded wire.

5. Marking
Each spool/package of wire is supplied with a label or tag showing alloy type, nominal size, gross and net weight, resistance W/m (W/ft), charge number and a reference number.

Type of alloy
Description

FeCrAl alloys
High-resistivity iron-chromium-aluminium alloys for use up to 1400 C (2550F).

NiCr alloys
High-resistivity nickel-chromium alloys for use up to 1250 C (2280 F).

NiFe alloys
Low-resistivity nickel-iron alloys with high temperature coefficient of resistance for use up to 600 C (1110 F).

Cuprothal CuNi alloys
Medium- and low-resistivity copper-nickel alloys for use up to 600C (1110 F).
